JUNE 5, 2020 MEMBER ALERT: Our Express Branch and Lending Center at 1725 I Street NW will be closed on Friday, June 5, 2020 due to limited access to our facilities. Telephone Banking

The Credit Union's Voice Response system is an easy-to-use, menu-driven service that gives you 24-hour access to your Credit Union accounts through a touch-tone telephone.

With Voice Response, you can make confidential transactions and inquiries whenever it's convenient.

  • Hear your current balance, last transactions, cleared checks, and dividends earned 
  • Transfer loan payments, credit card payments, and savings deposits between your accounts
  • Make Line-of-Credit/Reserve advances

BFSFCU Mobile Deposit

Deposit a check with BFSFCU’s Digital Banking App. Remember to endorse the back of the check and write “For BFSFCU Mobile Deposit only”. Follow the instructions in our Digital Banking app to proceed with the deposit.
